Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for in-stock items. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Preorder Items

Some products may be offered as preorders.

  • Preordered items will ship within 12 weeks of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders containing preorder items may ship once all items are available.
  • Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
  • All preorder sales are final.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.


4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are not controlled by Sis, I Love You.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Orders cannot be modified once placed.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@sisiloveyou.com
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

We will review and provide a resolution if applicable.
