REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Overview

All sales with Sis, I Love You are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except as required by law or in cases of damaged or incorrect items received.

2. Physical Products

All physical items purchased are considered final sale. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Preorders: Preordered items will ship within 12 weeks of purchase unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected at the time of preorder, and all preorder sales are final.

3. Digital Products

All digital products (downloads, online courses, workbooks) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. Membership / Subscription Services

Membership or subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if items are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt. In these cases, please contact hello@sisiloveyou.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

All sales are final, including preorders. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
