5. Online Store / Purchasing

We offer digital and/or physical products for purchase. By placing an order you agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
  • We strive to display accurate product descriptions, but cannot guarantee that your device accurately renders colors, textures, etc.

6. Subscriptions / Memberships (if applicable)

If you enroll in any subscription, membership, or recurring-billing plan, you agree that the payment method you provide will be automatically charged according to the billing terms for the subscription. You may cancel as described in the Refund or Membership terms.

7. Digital Products / Downloads

For digital products (e.g., guides, workbooks, courses) you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit these digital products without our express written permission.

Refund Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for purchasing with Sis, I Love You. We are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy sets out when refunds, credits or exchanges may be available, and how they work.

2. Physical Products

If you purchased a physical item and you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (or date of delivery if shipped).

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within [e.g., 10 business days].

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (downloads, online courses, workbooks), we do not offer refunds once download access has been granted or the course has been accessed, except in limited circumstances (e.g., technical failure we are unable to remedy). If you believe you have grounds for a refund, please contact us at hello@sisiloveyou.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request.

4. Membership / Subscription Services

For subscription or membership services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds for membership fees already charged will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless required by law.

Title your email as "REFUND: (ORDER NUMBER)". In the body please Include your order number, purchase date, item(s) in question and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided if applicable.

6. Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable / non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloaded digital files once access is provided
  • Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale")
  • Items damaged after receipt due to user handling

7. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to our website and will take effect immediately for new purchases.

As a teenager transitioning into womanhood, she often found herself navigating life alone without a roadmap, without guidance, and without the kind of support she needed. Through journaling, therapy, picking up new hobbies, and allowing herself to explore new interests, she learned one powerful truth: healing was never meant to be done in isolation.

From that realization, Sis, I Love You was born. A community-led health and wellness brand created to help you become the person you see yourself becoming. A brand rooted in emotional safety, sisterhood, and the belief that growth is more powerful when it's shared.

Address Accuracy

If a package is returned as non-deliverable due to address error:

  • A refund will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge, or
  • The order may be reshipped if you choose to pay the additional shipping fee

Navidium Package Protection

Navidium is a third-party application that allows customers to purchase package protection at checkout.

If selected, Navidium provides coverage for shipments that are lost or stolen during transit. The option to add package protection is available at checkout.

Lost Orders or Tracking Issues

An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms the package status as delivered.

If tracking shows no movement or appears to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of time, the order may be considered lost and a claim will be required.

Claim Filing Timelines:

  • Domestic Orders: File after 5 days of no tracking movement
  • International Orders: File after 20 days of no tracking movement

Claims for lost-in-transit orders must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.

Stolen Orders

An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms the package status as delivered, but the package is not received.

Please wait 5 days from the delivery confirmation before filing a claim as packages are insured starting at $100

Claims for stolen orders must be submitted within 10 days from the marked delivery date

Taxes and Duties (International Orders)

International customers (outside of the United States) may be charged customs duties, taxes, or import fees by their local customs authority.

These fees are not included in your purchase total and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to completing your purchase to understand any potential additional costs.
